TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE TIMELINE: After accepting a commission and receiving payment, I am able to work on it for 1 MONTH. Usually commissions only take me 1-2 weeks and even quicker if it’s a sketch, but please give me at least 1 month’s time to complete your order. Thanks for your patience!

2. REVISIONS: For line art/colored pieces, you can request big revisions during the sketch stage for posing, expressions, angles, etc! I can also LIGHTLY revise after the line art. Once you give me the ok and the piece is FINISHED, I CANNOT make any big adjustments. The most I can do is adjust colors and finishing touches. So please make sure you like the sketch before moving forward!

3. UPDATES: I will reach out to update you with the finalized sketch and line art for revisions, but other than that I do not reach out for updates. However, you are more than welcome to ask for updates along the way! We can talk in advance if you’d like updates at certain stages as well, such as the flat colors. Just let me know, I’m happy to communicate!

4. COMPLETION: Upon completion, I will EMAIL the work to you as a png, so please have an available email for me to contact you through! I will also contact you through whichever messaging platform we’re using to let you know it’s been emailed. 

5. OWNERSHIP: Once the commission is in your hands, it’s yours...for PERSONAL use! If you'd like me to make something for commercial use, please contact me to talk pricing. Also, I’ll be posting the finished commission on my socials and adding it to my online portfolio. So if you’d like to be excluded from any of that, please let me know.

6. DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE: Don’t be an asshole. If you are rude and refuse to work politely with me, I reserve the right to rescind my services. I WILL NOT REFUND YOU. I will email you whatever I have completed at the time, and you will be unable to commission from me in the future. 

7. REFUNDS: Due to the revision process I talked about, I do not see refunding as a valid option after a piece is complete. If you are particularly unhappy with a piece, just message me and we can figure something out.

8. TAXES: On paypal and venmo, there will be a 5% sales tax added to your total. In full transparency, this is to help me pay for self-employment government taxes and transaction fees. Thank you for understanding.

9. AGREEMENT: Commissioning me means you’ve read, acknowledged, and agreed to my terms of service.
